Fitness Assessment
The Fitness Assessment is a way for us to measure your progress. Oftentimes, I will perform one of the following tests every 3-6 months to see how you are progressing and determine what areas to emphasize when I create your personalized workout routines. The areas that are assessed are:
*BMI (Body Mass Index)
*BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate) ie. Daily caloric needs
*Physical endurance
*Muscle strength
*Body fat %
We will use these factors to make realistic goals for you to achieve through your new health and fitness routine with me.
Strength Training
I will give you a thorough Strength Training program that will develop muscle power and increase endurance. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and flexibility in our routines. I will also train you with techniques derived from yoga, Pilates, and Qigong in order to keep your workouts interesting so they will never get repetitive or boring.
TRX Suspension Training
The TRX suspension system was developed by a navy seal to enable him to get a world class workout anywhere he wanted. This suspension system is now widely used by many professional athletes such as Drew Brees of the Louisiana Saints among others. Now you can use it to! I will give you a workout that fits your fitness abilities and needs with this revolutionary exercise equipment.
Nutrition Programs
I will give you Healthy Eating Advice to ensure you are putting good, whole foods into your body. I can help with eating for weight loss, weight gain, or eating just to be healthier. You need the right fuel in your body to achieve the best results in your workouts and your daily activities. I offer grocery shopping trips with my clients as well as trips to farmer's markets. Additionally, I also am happy to go through your kitchen and help you determine which foods are good and bad and suggesting healthy alternatives.
Group Sessions
Get your friends together! I am happy to provide training sessions for you and your friends. This way you split the cost and still get the same benefits... PLUS you get to work out with your friends! Call for group rates.

Personalized Written Workout Routines for Fitness Maintenance
Once you have trained with me, you may feel as though you are motivated to work out on your own. I will create a custom 8- week exercise program for you to follow. We will stay in touch via phone and email should you need any support as you traverse through your routine.
$200 for a detailed 8-week program
Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. I am always a phone call away if you ever have any questions or concerns. I am here to help guide you through your training and ensure that you are getting the best, most up-to-date information so you can take your knowledge and use it for years to come.
