Qualifications
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. I have studied exercise science and practice the principles I teach to my clients. I have the knowledge and understanding to ensure that you get exactly the correct and most up to date information possible regarding health and fitness.

I believe that health and fitness is a lifestyle and must be adapted slowly in order to become a part of your life. It must also be fun!
